Had issues with my new ac unit for a while. Manufacturer fault. Complete Air stood by their work and made sure everything was corrected. Very fast service. They are not inexpensive, but their customer service is top notch.
My parents HVAC went out during the cold weather. They called Complete Air and Heat, who came out, did a temporary fix to keep them comfortable. Complete returned the next day with a new unit. We are very pleased to have a new unit and are thankful for the outstanding crew at Complete Air for their services. Thank you, Complete Air and Heat!

Complete air and heat is awesome. John the owner really helped me out when I was in need of service. He personally took time to find the parts I needed when no one else could and got me back up and running ASAP. The tech that came to make the repair was great and able to explain to me in a way I could understand what was wrong. I also signed up for the maintenance plan because I can see the benefit in it.
Had A/C replaced. Price was best of the 3 quotes I received, and the installers were great. A small problem cropped up a few days later and they were out immediately to take care of it.
