Darrin and Brian did a great job pumping my tank and answered all my questions and advised me on proper care that I could do myself between pump outs. Courteous, pleasant and knowledgable. Coastal put my tanks and septic field in several years ago and did a great job, in a timely manner, and at a decent price. We now call them for the pump out every few years. Kudos to Coastal for a great business!

Rhonda in the office is GREAT to work with. She made everything sooo easy during the process of getting our home ready to sell. The crew doing the work showed up punctually, I did not even need to be in attendance. The work was very satisfactorily done; the crew was friendly and very professional. Friendly service, easy scheduling and service guys were timely, respectful, kind and experienced in their job detail. The driver called ahead of time to let us know he was on their way. Great service, highly recommend Coastal Septic! The service fee included septic tank bacteria to use twice per year to keep the septic tank working sufficiently.
I called Coastal Septic Services on Tuesday about 4 pm and left a message we had a backed up septic problem. They called me first thing Wednesday morning, sent someone out by noon and had the problem resolved. They pumped out our septic tank promptly and efficiently! When the hurricane struck us in October 2024 our septic finally collapsed! The management company sent this company to me. They were very thorough with their assessment of the issue and recommended a full septic system replacement. They came out every two weeks to empty the system while my landlord dragged his feet about replacing it. After 6 months I’m happy to report a brand new septic system has been installed. Everyone who worked replacing it was friendly and had great customer service skills. They worked for two days and were extremely knowledgeable and very thorough about it. I would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their septic system!
