We had a home inspector identify the top of our lawn irrigation well as needing repair (it was still functional, just needed to be "prettied up").
I made the mistake of calling a well service that wasn't Clyde's at first. This company (Berry's Well Drilling & Pump) sent a technician and quoted me $1,800 for the repair! After telling them no, that's way too costly, the technician called his boss and they then said they could fix it for $750. (Needless to say, I knew I had to get a second opinion.....)
I called Clyde's and they came out in two days. Their technicians took a look and had it expertly repaired in under 30 minutes for a MUCH more reasonable cost than their competitor!
Do yourself a favor and call Clyde's if you need anything related to well services. Their guys are professional, competent, and their prices are WAY better than Berry's.
(Seriously, who thought $1,800...or even $750...to replace a top cap is anything other than criminal!?!?!?)

I am grateful for this company being so helpful recommending reputable companies in my area even though they weren't able to do the work I needed.
We requested a water test from them over two weeks ago. Our closing was dependent on this water test. Clyde’s had clear instructions on who to send the results to and they failed to do that. Evidently there is one single point of failure in this company that does her job when she feels like it. Our closing was dependent on this water test and no one in the office could get our water test back to us. To make matters worse when we spoke to a front office staff member and Kenton speak to her boss or the owners of the company she just hung up on us. We were not ugly or confrontational-just stated that this was unacceptable because the closing of the property in less than 24 hrs was dependent on these results and the person responsible was not in the office and they had no knowledge on how to get in touch with her or get the information for us. Such a sloppy way to do business and the fact someone within this office felt it was OK to hang up on a customer who already paid for a service that was not delivered is unsatisfactory. Nothing but excuses about why they couldn’t deliver our results all pointing to an office member who “shows up when she wants to”. Would not recommend this type of frustration to anyone.

I called for service and was Specific about what I wanted. Two people showed up clueless, wasted my time and needed to reschedule to return to do what I asked for in the first place !!!
Their secretary was hostile , rude and obnoxious when I called back to find out where/how she had misunderstood.
