The pool build definitely required patience on our part, but the wait was 100% worth it. The beauty of our pool and spa exceeded our expectations and transformed our plain yard into a true South Florida oasis. Sammie and Jorge were amazing, always responsive and helpful throughout the process and even after completion. We couldn’t be happier and highly recommend Cliffs Pools for a new pool build!

I’m a visual person and I liked that at our initial meeting they arrived with books filled with pictures of their work. They also can easily access digital files for images of their recent work. If you want to see a certain deck with a specific pool tile they most likely will find that combo amongst their plethora of client photos.

Cliff’s Pools also has a showroom that you can visit. Seeing their vast selection of pool tile and flooring options in their showroom was indispensable. The showroom also proved helpful in deciding which pergola to build.

Cliff’s Pools completed the job within the prescribed timeframe. And once done, they don’t desert you like other contractors I’ve, unfortunately, encountered. Rather, they’re still available to address any questions and concerns.

And did I mention that our backyard is absolutely stunning thanks to Cliff’s Pools? We were so pleased after the pool resurfacing, new deck and pergola that we then contracted with Cliff’s Pools to build a small outdoor kitchen. With the backyard renovation now complete I feel like we’ve extended the use of our home. It’s like having our own private resort.

We have been using Cliffs Pools and Patios for over 13 years to service our pool. Carlos comes out to us weekly and does an amazing job. We wanted to remodel and Tony came out immediately to do a quote and was so professional and helped us through the process and very accommodating. Made it so easy. Once we signed the office explained exactly what to expect day to day. Vinny, the project manager came out to the house and explained in great detail so we understood everything as well. He was on site almost daily. The crew showed up on time daily and finished the deck way ahead of schedule. Then the pool started ahead of schedule. Our entire patio and pool was done in less than three weeks. The crew was respectful, clean and beyond efficient. Their work is amazing. We are so happy with our new pool and patio. Any time we had a question, Vinny called us back right away and always had a solution or answer. Thank you to your entire team for a super job! I have to come back and edit this as Russ came back to follow up today to make sure we were happy and picked up literally every little piece of debris or anything in the yard and pressure cleaned our driveway area that the product was sitting on while the project was being done. I did not expect that to be done and it was not even that dirty. He went above and beyond. All around amazing crew.
