Just had Cliffs come out and replace my ac the guys were awesome and took several extra steps to make sure I was happy. I had estimates all over the court but real happy I went with Cliffs. In Punta Gorda you better find somebody you trust in the hvac business and I definitely found that company call Matt or Jeff and get Cliffs to do your ac work
Cliff's Air Conditioning and Heating is consistently excellent. They kept my old AC alive for a long time and when it was time, I didn't hesitate to have them install a new system. They were prompt, professional and courteous throughout the entire process. It is obvious that they are dedicated to providing a great product and service. Carol, the Office Manager, spent the time to answer all my questions and provide me with an accurate estimate while the boys did a great job installing the air handler and condenser in 95 degree heat (never once complaining). I recommend them highly.
I've used Cliff's A/C and Heating since the 90's. I have always been very satisfied with their work. They are an excellent company. Johnnie is a great young man. Always polite and friendly. If you need help, do not hesitate to give them a call.
First contacted Cliffs two years ago when it became apparent that my home's A/C system had "given its last full measure of devotion." As an attorney who often needs help changing the proverbial lightbulb (blame severe rheumatoid arthritis for that and all manner of hells), I often find the contractor selection process itself somewhat taxing. I am clueless though reverent about the trades, and online searches often serve only to muddy the waters further. Not so with Cliffs - my experience from day one was delightful and productive. Carol processed my initial call with grace and aplomb, Jeff gave me a more-than-fair quote whilst also providing quality name brand components, Cody and team expertly installed my new system, Johnny C recently performed thorough annual maintenance, and Matt just now promptly returned my thermostat cover battery replacement issue.
