Clements Pool Service is the best. When I call for help Melissa Ogg, their receptionist , listens and takes action quickly. Everyone who I have worked with on getting our pool either cleaned or repaired has always been friendly, prompt and knowledgeable. Great company.
We called Clement's after our pool was damaged by another contractor during an unrelated remodel project at our home. Mark was essential in making sure the repairs, surface, and tile were done correctly. He is extremely thorough and knowledgeable and pays great attention to detail. Misty's professionalism and talent for design made selecting the surface and tile colors easy. I sent her inspiration pictures of pools and colors that we liked and she narrowed down my options so I wasn't overwhelmed and made sure we got the look we wanted. They installed a new pump and salt cell and made the care instructions very clear and easy to understand for proper setup and maintenance. They have gone above and beyond to help us and we are so grateful. Melissa in the storefront is very knowledgeable and helpful and Scot has been instrumental in troubleshooting and guiding us through the repairs. Attached are before and after pictures.
Since having Clements install our new Hayward TRISTAR VS 900 Variable Speed pool pump several years ago, I have managed to set up numerous different timer program settings, especially with the recent 26° temperatures we experienced. [NOTE: This pump will automatically come on if freezing weather is detected] I have found that with all the different timers that have been set the pool was coming on almost nonstop. Unable to determine how to cancel the timers i no longer needed, I called Clements just before they would be closing for the day and was greeted by Melissa. After explaining my predicament, she advised me that the technician was still out on the job and would not be back in the office until Monday. Instead of having me leave a message and wait through the weekend, she took my information to look up our account in the computer. Unable to find it, she inquired as to the install date, and upon telling her it had been several years, she informed me that they had updated their system and our information was not available. Still not wanting to leave me waiting, she requested I text her pictures of the pump and she had me send it to her personal cell phone, which I did. Minutes later she texted a link after she had made a Google Search, and in it was the information I needed.
Kudos to Melissa for being a valuable, dedicated employee who took every opportunity to provide excellent Customer Service.

Clements Pool Services resurfaced and re-tiled our large swimming pool this last spring. The workers were capable and trustworthy and did an excellent job restoring our pool. Misty and Mark who own this business were great to work with through the process of choosing tile and surfaces. They were upfront with all costs and carefully oversaw the whole process. We highly recommend them!
