Clear Blue Pools

My experience with this company has been fantastic. As a first time pool owner, I have had multiple questions and concerns since the pool was installed six months ago and they have been incredibly responsive. They have sent the pool tech to my home on days when the tech was not scheduled to address a concern and most recently the owner came by to check an issue that was related to pump installation which they were not even responsible for. I highly recommend them, the peace of mind I get from their service is well worth the monthly expense.

Our experience with this company was very poor. I would not use them again or unfortunately recommend them to friends or family. Their staff is lazy and have no work ethic. The gentleman they had coming out to clean and service our pool was caught by our neighbors just walking around on his phone not doing anything. He complained to his boss that because our equipment was behind a fence it wasn’t “easy” enough to access but still accessible, just not “easy”…he was also afraid of our puppy barking. So they abruptly cancelled and decided to not come anymore without a warning, a chat… just hey we aren’t coming anymore because our guy thinks it’s too hard. We paid them 150 a month which isn’t cheap, just to be treated like another number by them. Please don’t use them!

A reply to the lie below: here are our adorable sweet animals who sometimes are on the pool deck UNDER SUPERVISION with us at home. My dogs come to work with me everyday. It’s sad we supported a company who doesn’t love animals. Pics below of our babies having fun and the so called unsanitary conditions.

Nice professional employees. Had my pool pump replaced fast. And at a fair price. Definitely would use them again.

We have had our pool serviced by Clear Blue Pools for over 3 years now. Have not and would not consider going anywhere else. Stacia has been taking care of us weekly and we have never had any issues or concerns. We get to enjoy our pool and she takes care of it for us. Always recommend Clear Blue Pools to anyone I talk to.
