Our pool service tech Brian from Clean Waves is an experienced professional and very reliable. He’s personable and a good communicator. He’s very efficient and thorough in his work. As a nice feature after completing the weekly tasks, he sends a status email to convey tested pool water chemistry, if a backwash was performed, a snapshot of the freshly brushed and cleaned surface, and any other concerns.
Have been using Clean Waves for a few years now and they are AWESOME! If I have any issues I can call David and get them fixed ASAP. He and his crew stay on top of my pool, the chemicals, and my filter/pump without me even having to lift a finger. He has replaced my pump for me and cleans my filter regularly and always has charged a fair price. 10/10 recommend them!

I have used Clean Waves since 2023. I find the employees professional and knowledgeable with maintaining my pool including equipment replacement. They currently vacuum, brush, and net weekly adding chemicals when necessary. I feel their price is reasonable for services rendered. I am very satisfied and can highly recommend them.
