One of my biggest concerns was my landscaping, and I’m happy to say none of my plants were damaged at all. That alone speaks volumes about their care and attention to detail. On top of that, they completed necessary repairs free of charge to bring my roof back up to code while also cleaning and sealing it. That level of integrity is rare.
Clean Roof is such an amazing company. Karey his team saved my roof. I had three other companies tell me I needed a new roof. Karey’s team came in fixed my roof cleaned it and sealed it. It’s good for another 10 years. Thank you so much for all your help. I truly recommend this company.
Decided to work with this establishment after reading other reviews. We are so glad we did, after talking with Kevin who came out and inspected our tile roof. Kevin is a honest and courteous professional inspector who explained the proposal and procedure of cleaning and repairing the roof. He took photos and told us he would send an estimate later that day. He did send us an email with the estimate and time and date of the work that would be performed. After we talked about this, we decided to go with the date available which would be next week. The crew working on our roof arrived on time. Hancho and Matt did a great job, they were professional and courteous, especially with our plants around the house. Hancho explained what they would be doing and asked if we had any questions about the procedure. He listened to our situation about the plants and vegetables that we use for eat and told us he would be careful. Matt also repaired a few tiles and removed a old satellite dish on the roof. He also did a some extra work on our gutters. What an excellent team who took extra time to keep our home safe from the chemicals used. We've had a few neighbors who were interested in using Clean Roof Inc for their roof. This company has a (5) five year warranty on their work. We will used this company for any future work if needed. I had the team from Clean Roof come out to clean my mothers home in Naples Lakes Country Club, I’m actually in another state currently working but was very impressed with Kevin and his team, his quote included detailed pictures of the roof and the repairs that were also needed. I scheduled them to come out and do the repairs and cleaning, they showed up on time, protected the shrubs and landscape and cleaned up after the job, they also sent me after photos of the completed job and the repairs they made. I would have never had any idea about the cracked or broken tiles, and potentially problem areas had they not done such a comprehensive examination and sent pictures. I highly recommend Kevin and his team at Clean Roof should you need your roof cleaned and checked for potential problems before they became major problems.
