We just moved to Gainesville and the pool in our new home was long neglected. We used another (more expensive) company for 7 weeks (and thousands of dollars) and they were unable to get our pool clean. They said "we just can't seem to figure out what is wrong". We were close to draining it.
Then, Citywide came in and made our nasty green pool crystal clear in just a couple of days (treatment then clean up). They are immediately responsive to communication, and our technician, Jesse, is so kind and knowledgeable.
Bonus, they are more affordable than some others in Gainesville. I'm SO happy we switched to Citywide.

A series of unfortunate events saw me seriously neglect my in-ground pool, enough that basically its own swamp like ecosystem got going that even survived the unusual several straight days of sub-20 degree temperatures this past Florida winter.
Extremely pleased with their man Jesse and the get well plan that thus far is showing a crystal clear and now swimmable pool after aggressive chemical stabilization and sanitizing. They also effectively fixed a cracked skimmer that was preventing the water level from topping off. Before (left) and after (right) photos shown.
Happy to rely on them going forward for ongoing maintenance as well!
