If I could give this place a zero, I would. I went in the self service only for the machine to take my money and malfunction. I called the emergency number multiple times, left a voicemail, I also sent over video footage on it malfunctioning. It has been 3 days and I have not received a response yet after multiple calls and texts. Very unprofessional to not respond to a customer when your machine malfunctioned.
If I could rate a 0 I would. This car wash takes your money and refuse to return calls to refund customers. People work hard for their earnings to be scammed.
It was great not sure about the vacuum aspect of it but the car wash itself was great
Very expensive. Also, it is unclear looking at the display how much this is going to cost before you use it. Turns out they charge three dollars for one minute, which is outrageous.
Only use the car automatic car watch but for $15.00 for the ultimate you can't really complain about the job it does.
