When I tell you this was my best experience ever at City Furniture. Rachel took care of my mom and me. I really just went to look and ended up making a purchase. I got a great financing option with Ruth. Both of them are the ultimate duo very personable and sweet. And the best thing is that they are not pushy which I love also coming from a sales background. If you need furniture please see Rachel. And if you need financing and the credit is not the best please see Ruth you’ll end up walking out with something.

Need it a living room set a sap, my husband and I didn’t know where to go, so I remembered a furniture store we never been in, City Furniture. Got in the car and go, at soon that we walked in this tall elegant lady ask if we have been there before I said no, she quickly introduced herself.

She did her job, she was very nice, we told her what we were looking for and she made everything easy and comfortable for us. She took us to seek a living room set it was the perfect one. Took it home and it fit perfectly in our home. I took a picture of it and went back the next day to show her and to get the consult. She was happy to see us and that everything worked out. Kathleen Hill was amazing! We arrived from out of state at 7:15 PM and needed a mattress to be able to sleep that evening. Kathleen quickly showed us our options and made sure we were able to pick up from the warehouse the same evening. We returned the very next day to order more furniture from Kathleen. She was very professional, helpful, and amazing to work with. I’ve never experienced, when buying furniture, a sales person who was not pushy. Kathleen doesn’t hound you and let’s you walk around at your own pace throughout the store while explaining what you need to know to make your best decisions. This is the second time that we have visited city furniture and they seem to have it down right. We met Cindy Greer who is fabulous and she is definitely not pushy and very informative. She was quick to respond to our needs and request and managed to satisfy us with a good deal for our new bedroom set. Cindy set the example of what it means to be a non-intrusive and non-pushy Sales associate. As a matter of fact, as far as we were concerned, having experienced others within city furniture, I would recommend Cindy to be the director of sales so that all parties could Emulate her actions.

Needless to say our overall experience was good there was a wide selection of product and my husband and I are happy with our decision to go there.

My recent experience purchasing a mattress, nightstands, lamps, and a recliner was truly exceptional thanks to Laura and Lily. From the moment we walked in, they were kind, caring, and attentive. They took the time to really listen to our needs and preferences without making us feel rushed or pressured into any particular product.

Laura went above and beyond to make sure we found the right items that fit both our lifestyle and our budget. She was incredibly knowledgeable about every product we asked about, explaining the differences and helping us compare options so we could make the best choice. It’s clear she’s passionate about what she does — and that passion makes a huge difference.

Lily was also wonderful, ensuring our experience was smooth and pleasant from start to finish. Together, they made the entire process easy and enjoyable.
