What a beautiful showroom with so many options! All staff was super friendly and accommodating - they even have a wine bar in the store!! I custom ordered their American made Kevin Charles brand for my living room. It’s so comfy, I got exactly what I wanted!
We were so happy to have worked with Natalia! She was so helpful and patient with us. She even gave us her cell phone number so it was like working with a friend - she was so personable and friendly. We were there 3 times before we made a decision and each time was a great experience. They even have a beautiful bar where they offer drinks, coffee and snacks to make your experience even better! Absolutely horrible customer service. Bought a chair on November 20, did not buy the warranty. 59 days later a piece of the chair leg falls off. I have to Schedule a tech to visit, even though I had to send multiple pics of the issue and they charge 50$ because the manufacturer covers the chair but not the labor. Scheduled appt was for today, guy never calls or texts, I call customer service, rep says oh he canceled due to a transportation issue and couldn't get hold of you. What a bunch of garbage. I never received any call or text from him. Now I have to wait until February 5th and the CSR says to call him the day before to make sure it's set up with the tech. Are you serious? I am not the Tech guys mother. I will never buy another piece of anything from city furniture again. Garbage furniture and bad customer service when it breaks. CSR agent Moses was very nice and apologized profusely, but that doesn't fix the garbage I received for furniture.

City furniture fixed the my situation. After the review, I was contacted and they made the situation right. They brought me a new chair already assembled and waived the 50$ fee.
Natalia was pleasant to work with during purchase, no pressure even to the last minute. Mgr, Oscar was pleasant as well, double checked my order to make sure I got what I wanted. Thank you both.
I wasn’t very happy with the delivery and set up.
The carpet wasn’t laid evenly under the bed. When I asked the guys to fix that they said the bed can’t be lifted it’s 200lbs, now what (?) after I paid a nice delivery and set up fee. One drawer to the dresser was broken. I had to be home a second time for the repair and for the guys to move the carpet.
12/21/25 - I just noticed the frame is loose on the bed.

We had such a great experience at City Furniture Altamonte Springs location. The team was friendly, patient and truly helpful without being pushy. Special shout out to Maribel Petit-Soto excellent customer service - very real and approachable. We only planned on looking for a new couch today and left with a brand new absolutely stunning new addition to our home! Highly recommend!
