Tim’s team is the best!! They redid the plumbing in our whole house. So easy to work with. No issues at all. Thank you Tim and your guys!

On a Saturday I had water backing up into our house from a toilet and called Christie's based on a recommendation from a friend. I explained to the receptionist the problem was likely due to tree roots that the city had found in our pipes previously and that water was actively pouring onto the floor.

The receptionist said they would pass along my information to the plumber on-call and would call me back. Thankfully, the plumbing issue didn't turn into an emergency and I was able to get things under control.

I didn't get a call back all weekend until I finally called them the following Tuesday asking if they were still interested in doing the job. The receptionist recognized me and even remembered my issue. They explained they didn't have the equipment to shred the roots in my pipe and couldn't help me.

Not being able to complete the job is understandable, not having any plans of informing me they couldn't do the job is not... especially during a potential plumbing emergency.

I'd look elsewhere.

I witnessed one of their drivers go up on the sidewalk between a fence and car and blew through a four way stop in a residential neighborhood. Had the words CHRISTIES PLUMBING on the side but the company wont do ANYTHING because I could not get the plate number. I couldn't get the plate number because he was behind the car and cement trucks. They refused to call me back even, because it was HERESAY. There are other witnesses but they didn't care. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY even though they will probably remove this review.

I am writing to tell you that your plumber, Jeff Vanborsted, turned a difficult situation into a good experience. He was polite, patient, good-humored and professional and didn’t stop working from the moment he entered the bathroom to the time he last left. The problem I had necessitated his removing the toilet which he did so in an expedient manner. What really surprised me was that he kept cleaning up any mess made as he went along! He was an absolute whirlwind of efficiency and know-how. And, Jeff followed-up with phone calls after he left about parts and who to contact at Christie’s.
I will also add that Stephanie in your office was accommodating and very helpful from my first phone call to talking with her about repair of or replacing the toilet.
I will tell others what a great experience it was working with Christie’s and will not hesitate to recommend Christie’s to anyone requiring plumbing services.

Excellent customer service and very reliable. They installed three kitchen faucets. Very friendly and they cleaned up the worksite. Will definitely use Christies Plumbing again.
