Chappelle Roofing LLC

Chappelle roofing is by far the best roofing company I've ever done business with. I had a roof replaced on a house I previously owned about 7 years ago and I sure wish these guys did that too. I run a hydraulic repair shop and can say for sure this is the type of customer service every business needs. My sales representative Chris was the one that did the work also which I actually liked and he was very informative, helpful and kept up with communication through the whole project. I couldn't have been happier with the outcome. I would also add that on top of the great customer service and work these people do they have the right equipment to do it and they do a very clean job. I've been in construction and heavy equipment for a long time and would definitely recommend this company to anybody.

Overall, I had a great experience with Chappelle Roofing. The workmanship is excellent, and the roof looks fantastic. Communication during the project was good, though there were a couple of small scheduling hiccups along the way. That said, the team handled everything professionally and made sure I was satisfied with the end result. I’d gladly use them again and recommend them to friends or neighbors. I give thanks to Micheal Wenzel for helping out with everything and making everything to perfection and all my needs

I’ve worked with Chappelle Roofing on two occasions now and very pleased with the level of service and the outstanding quality of work. The first project was a shingle roof which was completed in a day and the second was a metal roof which they did a fantastic job. You can see that the workers take pride in their work, all the screws lined up all the cut were neat and when they were finished they combed the work area with a magnetic tool to get all the nails and pieces of metal that fell out the roof. They are a wonderful group of people to work with, you won’t be disappointed if you hire them to do your roofing job. Gibson, the salesman is a really nice guy to communicate with, ask for him when you call.

I am extremely satisfied with Chappelle. Specifically Chris was very helpful and responded quickly. His work was done promptly and did not leave without making sure I understood what was wrong with my roof. I know I made the correct choice on roof repairs and will be recommending Chris to others.

From the start of me contacting Chappelle Roofing (as I was referred to from my friend along with my next door neighbor who just had a new roof put on by Chappelle) an appointment was easily made for a roof inspection and estimate at my convenience. The consultant (Jeffrey Leonard) arrived on time and inspected my roof thoroughly and took pictures. He gave me a quote on a repair only as well as a whole roof replacement. Since I was more than likely going through my homeowners insurance Jeffrey assisted me that same day while making the initial roof damage claim with the insurance rep. Jeffrey remained in constant contact with me throughout the insurance process all the way through getting an entire roof replacement as there was more damage than originally thought to be which was mainly caused by a recent afternoon wind event . The installers removed my entire old roof, replaced the initial plywood and truss damage and had my new roof completed by the days end. The installer crew kept a clean working area throughout the project and satisfactorily cleaned up before leaving my property. The next day when the trailer dumpster was picked up from my driveway the sole employee completed an exterior yard and driveway sweep for any remaining nails and this wasn't rushed as he took the time to complete the sweep in its entirety. The roof shingles I selected (WILLIAMSBURG GRAY) look absolutely fabulous as I did a total color switch from my original terracotta shingles which were the original shingles on the house when built. Jeffrey even (without hesitation) came back out to my house for some very minor details which he did for me. I truly cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Chappelle Roofing from their professional courteous office personnel whom I spoke to a few times over the telephone, the personal help / assistance I received, excellent product quality and warranty along with the excellent quality of work by the roofing crew I had and the honesty that this company presented. I had a choice with many different roofing companies but due to those two recommendations from my neighbor and from my friend I made the right choice with Chappelle and do not regret a single thing doing so!!
