Chad took a check from me for $3,935.00. He was supposed to hook up power from my house to power pole. He did not. He stated his Father had passed away and he had to attend his funeral. The job was supposed to be completed in June. He has since blocked my number and refuses to give me back a refund. I do not recommend him. I talk to an officer he stated if we all get together and take him to court we could get our money back.
Chad came out to diagnose a power issue with the house, was prompt and courteous. Said he needed to pick up materials but would be back at 10 AM the next day. Said the job would take 5 hours and quoted me. At noon the next day I followed up to see if he was coming. "Sorry, I'm running late". At 4:30 there was still no communication. I called and it went directly to voicemail. I texted and no response. I called again and nothing. I sent a message telling him to cancel the job as I have called another electrician. When I arrived home from work at 6:30 Chad was pulling up to my house. I asked him to leave, he refused and said "just let me finish the job." I told him no, that another electrician is coming and I don't want to pay for that visit as well. He said "let me do the job it will only take me an hour". Long story short, he wouldn't leave my property and completed the job at what turned out to be an outrageous price because he completed the work in 45 minutes instead of the 4 hours. Since the city had the power off I couldn't verify if he actually fixed anything. He said to just pay him after the city turned the lights back on. At 9 and 10 PM that night he was calling and texting to ask if the city turned the lights back on and he wanted to be paid.

I called for service, they retuned my call and setup a time the following day. I waited and he sent a text saying he is running an hour behind. I replied, ok. I have called and texted the rest of the day (to which, they sent me to voicemail and said text me). No response! Made me make arrangements for no reason.
Chad was supposed to do repair work on a burnt out wire from the pedestal to my electric box late this morning but so far never showed up and even though he sent me a text at 11:30 that he was running late because of issues with his truck, it is now 1:30 and still haven't heard from him. He is (so far) very unreliable.
I needed a few small things wired around the house and figured it would be a few weeks before any electrician could get out to do the work. Not the the case at all, Chad came out and did the work himself within 2 days of calling. The work was done quickly and professionally. Very pleased with their service.
