We are so glad we found Certified Siding & Windows. We got impact window & door bids from several companies, and Certified stood out by far. Working with Clay was a pleasure. He made great product and design recommendations and offered high quality with good pricing. He answered all our questions and was very thorough about installation details. He is very honest and delivered everything as promised. The installation team was professional and meticulous. They worked quickly and kept everything clean. Unlike other companies, they also installed the exterior and interior trim. Clay offers full service: he lined up a painter, carpenter and floor guy. Clay even came by personally to oversee the installation of five oak floor thresholds for the new doors. We love our new windows & doors. Our home looks and feels wonderful! Thank you!

We had an excellent experience with certified. The owners were truly a pleasure to deal with as was the office staff (Heather), and the installation team led by Hector. Everyone was very professional, kept the work area clean, and they delivered a top-notch product. Delivery was on time and exactly as agreed-upon. There were no surprises. The products they installed are excellent. We shopped quite a number of companies and got proposals from six. We selected certified based on reviews, their product, knowledge, pricing, and frankly they came across as very honest. Upon completion, everything was spotless. We could not be happier! I have already recommended them to two other people.

LOVE my windows - all eight of them! From the getting the estimate, to the installation, and everything in between- the process couldn't have been smoother. Worked with Clay and although I had never purchased windows before, I was at ease. All my questions were answered, he made perfect recommendations, and worked within my budget and time frame. The entire team was a pleasure to work with, always available to answer any questions and work within my schedule. I am still amazed at how quickly and well done they removed my old ones and meticulously installed the new ones. Awesome company and one I will use again when needed.

We have been so upset trying to fix our siding. The hardie is not tight so there are huge gaps between planks. They put windows in after the did new siding and the cuts are terrible, left an inch gap that was just filled with caulk. We love our home and take pride in updates, it was clear the subcontractors they hired had no idea how to do this type of work. They had to redo the front porch. But really the sides and back should have been redone as well. We have been incredibly upset since its completion. I’ve been caulking every plank myself trying to seal it.

It took a while to get started on the project, but it was worth the wait. It was also the very busy season, of course and all the snowbirds were down. They completely stripped my house, all new vinyl, siding, replaced all the windows, nothing was left undone, and the place looks great.

A good professional crew And they took ownership of everything from end to end. I’m a handyman contractor house flipper myself, and I was very impressed with their work.
