Our experience with Certain Services was exceptional. After much research we chose the UltroWater R.O. Drinking water system over others we researched. It was complete and affordable. Trevor did a great job explaining the system and Cody was so professional, careful and understanding of all our concerns. He did a great job answering questions and explaining things and there was absolutely no mess when he left. Very happy with the entire process!

I try to be as realistic as possible and am not generally given to automatic 5 star tratings. That being said, I DO give 5 stars to Certain Services. I contacted them after noticing my water softener didn't appear to be functioning properly. "Tyler" arrived in a timely manner. He explained the issue we had and the repair needed to my wife. I arrived home as he was doing so, and she gladly turned things over to me. The simple repair was accomplished timely. Tyler also took the time to explain the issue and my system to me. I went ahead and arranged for quarterly visits as a result. I Look forward to them as the provider for the future maintenance on our system.
