Central Florida Pool and Spa

I have used this pool company to maintenance my swimming pool for a year now. We haven’t had any issues with it up until about six months ago. We pay a monthly maintenance and cleaning fee for our pool. Usually, the tech is here anywhere from 8 to 15 minutes on each visit. We get weekly visits every Friday. In the last three months, the condition of my pool has rapidly deteriorated Followed by lazy mistakes that shouldn’t have been made. Causing a Monetary issue on multiple occasions After already paying a monthly service fee. The original pool tech that we had a year ago was fantastic. Ever since we haven’t had him, we’ve noticed a lot of issues with our pool servicing. I will attach pictures of the way my filter housing was left to dump water into my yard leading to having to put the excessive amount of water, my pool was missing back into it. Also, I will attach photos of the algae that has accumulated on the bottom and steps of my pool. With weekly visits, I expect not to see any algae buildup in my pool nor have a green filter After each visit. We do preventative maintenance, such as emptying the skimmer catch in between maintenance visits also skimming the pool for any large debris on a regular basis. As well as maintain a water level at halfway up the skimmer door. We do not mess with the preset pump timers Set by the pool company. I am very disappointed, considering I have been a customer for a year now and I paid regularly on time every time. We definitely need to be quality checking our techs. I think that would help them a lot with quality Control of their services and cleanings. We are very disappointed in our services. Hopefully this review will help them do better in the near Future with the quality of their services.

I had a pipe burst and I was losing many dozens of gallons of water and Central Florida Pools was able to repair the problem quite fast.

The technician was on time and showed his ability to perform in a professional manner and was able to troubleshoot the issue properly. Central Florida Pool and Spa (CFPS) technician, Steve, did an excellent job ,very thorough. CFPS has excellent customer service beginning with the very first phone call to the company. CFPS is reasonably priced, responsive,
provides excellent follow through and isvery thorough. I' have used cCFPS previously and will continue to do so.
