Went to this location to get my iPhone 16pro max fixed and really enjoyed working with the owner. There were some initial hiccups with the screen replacement but he went ABOVE & BEYOND to rectify any issues. He’s a business man with great customer service and would recommend his services.
Bought my phone here a couple years ago, brought it back today for a busted camera and back glass and was taken care of in just 2 hours for a pretty nice price. Overall im happy with this place!
Brought my A16 and an unopened box including
1. screen with frame(frame requested by Juan)
2. removal tools
3. screen protector
Juan never installed the new frame, and the old frame speaker no longer worked after installation (notified him immediately). He kept the tools and screen protector that came in the package and accidentally told me he kept the new frame I provided and left the old one in while offering to “repair the speaker for free” and explaining how him messing up my speaker wouldn’t cause my screen to go completely black less than 3 weeks after repair. I simply asked him to remove the screen for return and call it even (which he would have to have done to fix the speaker that he agreed he never properly installed) and I declined another poor reinstallation from him. He said if I was not going to pay for screen reinstallation with him for another $100 on top of the $50 for installation he never performed properly, he would not remove the screen. He specifically stated he “could not ask his employee to work for free”.
Juan, it was YOU who incorrectly installed the frame so as a business owner YOU should “work for free” to fix your errors to your customers satisfaction, not attempt to extract another $100 from them. Especially when the customer’s request takes less time than reinstalling the frame you incorrectly installed in the first place.
I’m assuming he kept my new frame and screen protector as parts for other customers. Poor service, piss poor character.
EDIT for owner’s response: owner did not address keeping my new frame, screen protector, or tools that were included with the screen I provided. ODD.
Owner had already promised to remove the screen to repair speaker, no one asked for a guarantee of any kind or “free work” ..simply to remove the screen he improperly installed, causing my speaker to malfunction. LESS work than what he promised, bc I wasn’t comfortable having him reinstall anything.
Somehow he didn’t think he owed 15min of his time to remove a screen HE improperly installed. I paid an INSTALLATION FEE that clearly includes a functioning speaker. Now I cannot be sure my screen malfunctioning in less than 3 weeks wasn’t his fault either. Good luck Juan!
Excellent and quick service. My phone's front camera needed repairing. After calling earlier the same day, I went into the store and brought in the replacement part I had, then he got to making the repairs. He had the repair done in just half an hour with friendly service. Would recommend!
He was very knowledgeable and very helpful and you could tell he really cared. He wasn’t in it for the money. He was very busy and you can tell. He takes excellent care of everyone with a smile on his face so grateful to have found someone I can trust that isn’t trying to get deep in my pocketbook thank you so much and God bless you
