Superior customer service! Wayne hooked us up when we needed our hurricane shutters prior to Milton. There was an issue( NOT their fault) & sent someone down with temporary ones to hold us over. You can’t say this about many businesses… Yes, they cared that much, for our well being & safety. His wife Rosalie was extremely pleasurable to deal with & kept constant communication throughout the entire process.
Would recommend immediately! Our lanai looks amazing & neatly done.
We reside in Cape Coral which is quite the distance, but it didn’t matter, we were treated like we were their “only” customer.

Cat5 is a blessing. Since our last hurricane experience we were in need of getting real protection. My styrofoam, bungee cords, and ratchet tie set up wasn’t going to keep us safe.
Cat 5 came to our rescue. Wayne, Rosalie, & crew are our heroes ❤️ Everything was explained - they answered all our questions and more.and were affordable. They showed us the easiest get ready method with their hurricane curtains. Easy prep and no storing a huge amount of metal pieces. We now feel protected. We met Wayne, a sales representative at the Sarasota home show. He was very knowledgeable and helpful to us. We had a very good experience with him, to come and measure and reassure us. We were very pleased with the short 2 weeks time that we received our screen that he delivered to our home with all the hardware we needed to do our installation.
I spoke on the phone with Rosalie in the office who was also very pleasant. I would definitely recommend cat5screens.
