I highly recommend Casual Way pools. They are wonderful to work with and their quality is superb. Crissy is the sweetest and Ron definitely knows what he's talking about. This is my 3rd custom built pool, but this one is by far the best. Building a pool isn't an easy decision and you need someone who knows what they're doing. Casual Way pools knows what they're doing. I'm 100% happy with them!
We our in the process of installing our 14x26 pool. The process has been so smooth! Chrissy and Ronnie communicate with us every step of the way, if I have a question they ALWAYS respond quickly. All the workers have been so polite and attentive regarding our property and most of all ensuring the yard is secure for our 3 dogs at the end of each work day. Ronnie was able to put in a much larger pool than another company told us they could do at almost the same cost!!!!
Ronnie sticks to his word, there have been no surprises or additional expense AND they are exceeding our expectations as far as the time to complete the project. I’d give them 10 stars if I could!
I had pool done by casual way, owner has been doing pools a very long time, doesn't allow crappy materials in his designs
made an appointment for the owner to come out to do an estimate. he never showed. i called the office the next morning and was told he had an emergency and tried to call me. that was a lie because i had my phone in my pocket the whole time and there was no record of an incoming call from him on my phone. maybe "tried" meant his phone was so heavy he could not pick it up or he forgot how to push the little buttons to make it work. the office lady said he would call me later that day. that also never happened. two days later i called and a different woman answered. she said they were too busy and basically didn't want my business. well just say so in the first place. i had to take time off from work for the appointment. does casual way think they are the only ones whose time is valuable? my time is valuable too. i am also very busy. this company treats potential customers in a truly "casual way".
