On September 15, 2025, I hired Castilla Roofing in Naples, FL, to replace my tile roof, and I could not be more impressed with the experience. The entire team demonstrated exceptional professionalism, particularly Co-owner Ramon Castilla, Manager Juan Carlos Hernandez, Jimena Wiener from Corporate Sales, and Sales Representative Italo Sanguinetti.

They were patient with all of my questions, explained every step of the process in detail, and provided outstanding assistance and support throughout the project. The estimate was clear, thorough, and transparent, with no surprises. The field crew was equally impressive—highly skilled, punctual, and meticulous. They worked efficiently each day and took great care to protect our driveway and landscaping, leaving the site clean at the end of every workday.

The new roof looks fantastic, and the project was completed without a single issue. It is rare to find a roofing company you can truly trust with such a significant investment, but Castilla Roofing earned my trust completely. I highly recommend them for any roofing needs.

After seeing 1 tile of our roof displaced from the ground, we decided to get our roof inspected. Based on the excellent reviews we selected Castilla Roofing to do the free inspection and found many areas where tiles were missing, cracked and broken. We were glad to hear that it was not necessary to replace the entire roof, but that the damaged tiles could be replaced so we contracted with Castilla Roofing to do the repair. A few examples of the repaired areas are in the posted pictures. At the end, all the work was done in less than a day and our entire experience with Castilla Roofing was excellent. It is so refreshing to deal with a company who is dedicated to providing exactly what is needed, being customer focused and who can be trusted to get the job done as promised. I hired this company on August 12, 2024 to replace a roof on my condo. At that time, they asked for full payment in exchange for a discount. I agreed to pay them 50%. As of today, August 6, 2025. I still don't have a new roof and every week that I call to discuss the lack of progress, I am on hold and finally told by "someone" who says they are a manager (different person each time) that they promise to begin next week. Do not use this company!

Castilla Roofing did a FANTASTIC job. They were patient while my insurance claim was being resolved. They held the price of my initial quote. When the job was being completed, they cleaned up perfectly at the end of every day. The gutters and downspouts look fantastic! Michelle was terrific with communication. I was totally impressed, and I would recommend them to anyone.
