The place is wonderful! My mother lives here, and I haven't visited in a while! I had the great pleasure of being served by Freddy at the front desk upon arrival, which was a wonderful experience. The entire team is wonderful. The only reason I didn't give it five stars is because one of the receptionists, Diego, always smells of marijuana and is extremely lazy when it comes to carrying out any activity. They should work on that. Otherwise, everything was excellent.

Building has the worst management possibile- completely unresponsive via email and phone no matter how many times you call or email. If they accidentally answer in the phone in hopes it’s their uber eats, they will tell you they will try and get to your email without actually intending to do so.

The management team is disgusting. Still not returning my building deposit after calling and emailing over 20 times. These people are thieves. Be careful!!

I moved out over 3 months ago and been asking for a return of a building deposit since before moving out. I have emailed countless time but would never get an email response unless I called them. And then I called they they say that there has been a progress but they lie, so I have to follow up again, and then more lie.

During my time here there was a construction happening all the time including a big renovation on line 15 ( unit 15 of every floor) everyone who live in unit 15 have to live without AC and with dust for 1 whole month.

I visited this location and I was racially discriminated against. I am extremely dissatisfied and embarrassed about the service that I received. I went to this location and I saw assistance with the front desk. The man that was at the front desk was a Hispanic male he added someone in front of me that was a Hispanic male, and he spoke only Spanish when he saw me he did not even greet me And he proceeded to look at me as if he was in discussed so I proceeded to let him know, I was coming to deliver some food for someone and because he just looked at me in confusion I assumed he didn't speak English, so I proceeded to signal him, used hand signs as to what I was saying this man responds to me and tells me that I'm talking to him as if he's stupid and he's dumb and that I needed to shut up as I started to respond to him he said I needed to shut up. I'm going to attach a video which explained to him and confirming him telling me to shut up Disrespectful men in the world and racism is most definitely the worst thing that you could ever do in this day and age everyone that was there only look and stayed quiet, but I assume because I was the only African-American woman that was there. This is why this happened. I know I was in Miami Beach, but I'm allowed to go everywhere. There's no specific locations for anyone of any specific race or religion. This doesn't specify that I was not allowed to be there so I don't know why he was so upset and why this escalated as such but I don't let men disrespect me. Maybe if I was a man he would not have disrespected me this way I am displeased and I am going to file a formal complaint and report this person. Whoever the Spanish male that walks with a limp that works at midnight and after is the person that I'm referring to. I recorded the interaction

This resort style living area is on par with the Ritz-Carleton. Ike is the most exceptional owner and comes from a great family of friends and family whose members are incredible human beings and amazing individuals who strive for excellence in all aspects of life.
