This past year both my parents homes have needed new flooring. Gary and Tanner were helpful with exploring our options, as well as setting up installation around our busy schedules. It is service like this, that has kept my family coming back to them time and time again for all our flooring needs. Thank you!
We purchased carpeting here less than 2 years ago and had them install it. Before the carpets were even 1 year old, they started puckering in the middle (both of the bedrooms). We are older and it was a huge ordeal to move everything out of both bedrooms and decided we didn't want to pursue a fix because it would mean moving everything again, but our carpets are less than 2 years old (and one is in a bedroom that is almost never used). The first picture that shows the puckering is in the secondary bedroom we use mostly for storage and rarely enter (the carpeting is still practically new). The second/third pictures are of the primary bedroom (used more often) is just as bad and both of them keep getting worse. There is way too much slack in the carpets and the tack isn't holding at the transition of the primary room's carpet in addition to the puckering. Also, they charged us a lot for the installation. I found some really nice remnants here at a good price, but somehow the bill was really high once they added installation costs (which we were fine with paying, assuming they would do a professional job). Again, the issues started less than 1 year after installation and has continued worsening in the past year. I would not recommend purchasing carpeting here unless you have someone else to install it. The installation was very poorly done and expensive. The quality of the carpet itself is good, but overall we are not satisfied with our carpets and are afraid to drag anything over them because it might make the problem worse. It's something you think about every day as you walk on the carpet ridges and we regret trying to save a buck on remnants and purchasing here.

Service & product options are Best of the Best!!! Both stores have plentiful TILES, wood laminate, AND carpet options in stock. Very helpful associates! Don't shop anywhere else for your home remodeling products ( kitchen, whole floor, bathrooms, etc). (Big box stores are great for some things); Carpet Fashions is Tops/Great for floor & wall coverings = Shop Local!! :). I love my high end carpet, cork laminate flooring & bathroom tiles that I got from Carpet Fashions Wickham Rd.
