AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS
I paid this company $10,000 to install a new septic system, and they promised a 1-year warranty. After only 8 months, the system started failing. When I called, they said I had to pay $400 just for them to come out and look at it — otherwise, they wouldn’t send anyone.
When they finally came, they said the float switch was not working, “fixed” it, and charged me $800. Only 3 months later, the exact same issue happened again, and now they want to charge me another $800 for the same problem.
We can’t keep being taken advantage of by this company. If you need anything related to a septic system, stay away from this company — they are not trustworthy and do not honor their warranty.
