On Monday, December 29, 2025 I had Captain Filtration perform maintenance on my whole-house water filtration system and reverse osmosis system, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience.
From the very first email, the service was outstanding. Lauren B. responded almost immediately and took the time to thoroughly answer all of my questions. Once the appointment was scheduled, I received helpful text reminders along with a photo of the technician who would be arriving, which I really appreciated.
Kevin C. arrived on time and was friendly and professional. Before doing any work, he carefully explained my entire system, what he would be servicing, and why. He patiently answered every question I had and offered thoughtful options and suggestions for improving the system — without any pressure.
There was no sales pitch, no upselling, and no “we only service our own installs” attitude — just honest, knowledgeable service.
I am extremely pleased with Captain Filtration and would not hesitate to recommend them. A truly first-class experience.

This is a long overdue review, Todd (the owner) of Captain Filtration and his wife are absolutely phenomenal people and truly went above and beyond for us.
We recently bought a new build home that was empty for about a year and the well water system was not maintained at all during that time so when we moved in, there was a thick sludge in all the water tanks and pipes. Todd came by several times to ensure our water was clean and usable. We’re super grateful for that because I don’t think very many people or companies stand by their products or truly care about what they’re selling.
Don’t hesitate, clean water is essential to everyone and Captain Filtration is the company to use for this.
