We recently completed our house in Sebastian and Capital Cabinets did extensive and custom cabinetry work throughout in almost every room. They were always there with recommendations, worked hard to get things installed correctly working with appliance retailer, plumbers, electricians, etc. We made several changes on the fly, added quite a bit as we went along, and customized many aspects. They were accommodating and responsive throughout. Sure there were additional charges, but we always felt they were very fair for what we were asking. Bill, his son Nathan, and the rest of the team provided expert service and followup as needed. Capital Cabinets was an outstanding contractor on our very demanding build..

We remodeled our kitchen with Capital Cabinets. Everything was excellent! Beautiful wood cabinets exactly as we ordered. Beautiful quartz countertop. Under and over cabinet lighting. A special custom made lighted liquor cabinet. Excellent pricing. All done on time as promised. The owner Bill supervised thru the entire completion. We couldn't be happier!

Bill is amazing the owner! He came to our home and helped us redesign our kitchen. His expertise and knowledge are second to none. He presented ideas and a different layout that we had not considered and it looks amazing. His team of installer were also the best in the area, on time clean friendly and a super well done job. Regret using this business. In 2022
our home builder suggested this company for additional cabinets in our 2 yr old home. 1st visit they no showed, & though she had a good reason, there was no call, text anything. Next visit measurements done. 6 months later came to install. 1 cabinet was wrong size, but I kept it, there was supposed to be 2 pantries. They had one, said unaware of second pantry. Six months later no word on 2nd pantry. 2 pull out drawer screws broke. Still under warranty. I called in Nov. for 1st drawer to be fixed, was told I will call you back with a repair date. Never received call, called Jan. after 2nd pull out screws broke, was told would be called back with repair
date. Call never came. Still no pantry either. Nothing but run around. My hubby will have to fix their shoddy work. Dont make the mistake I did using this company. Thinking of calling BBB to report them.

Today they did show up to repair broken pull out drawers. Repair guy was nice. Owner called to apologize for pantry not getting installed. Offered to install it. I declined, Im done with this Company.

The absolute worst experience we’ve ever had. There were so many problems and excuses I can’t even start to mention them all. I called at least 6-8 times over the several months it took them to put in two additional cabinets and was told that someone would get right back to me but no one ever did. We have a cabinet door that doesn’t close right that I called about but was ignored. The biggest problem was that we wanted rollouts on the lower cabinet. That was a big must have for us. They didn’t put them in but sent me an invoice charging for them. I called and told them we were still waiting for the rollouts and was once again told that someone would get back to us to set that up but instead got a new invoice deducting the cost of the rollouts which we did not ask for and did not want. We wanted the job done as quoted and accepted by us. I guess it was too small a job for them to complete . No customer service or customer communication. Totally incompetent and unprofessional company. I would have given them a zero if that had been a choice.
