When I started my pool project, I was initially going with a big company that was supposed to be the rolls Royce of pools. After doing much research, I can honestly say that I highly recommend calypso pools. The company not mentioned, started a pool next to my house a month and a half before my project. Safe to say that they are still not finished. Sam from calypso was easy and pleasant to work with. He let us know about delays and kept us in the loop with every single process of the way. Once again, I highly recommend them. I barely give reviews so for me to do one is because it was earned. Thank you calypso for building our dream pool.

After two years of dealing with unprofessional contractors, we found Calypso Pool Co. on Google and gave them a call. Sasha and Sam immediately called us to schedule an appointment to review the property and discuss the design of our pool. They were very attentive and answered all our questions without hesitation. Following our meeting, Sasha sent us the proposal to included the cost of the project and a PowerPoint outlining the steps of the project. The proposed timeline from start to finish was approximately eight weeks, weather permitting. We were extremely impressed with their professionalism and immediately signed the contract to start the project.

They started excavating on January 3, 2025 and throughout the construction process Sam and his team kept us updated almost on a weekly basis to include notifying us when inspections were scheduled.

During every phase of the construction, each team that came to our home to work on the pool were extremely professional and answered any questions we had. Sam always answered my calls or returned them when we had any questions.

Our initial payment for the project was a deposit to get things started on the pool drawings and the application for the permits. We made the additional payments after each phase of the pool construction was completed. They provide you a breakdown of the payments in the proposal. There were no hidden fees that magically appeared after we signed the contract.

The pool was completed within six weeks!

Calypso Pools did an amazing job creating our dream pool. We hired them based on the recommendation of our neighbor who was very pleased with the job they did for her. It took 5 weeks from the dig to the pool being filled with water. The process with Sam and his team was smooth and stress free. The management of the project was excellent. There were so many trades involved - plumbing, electrical, tilers, excavators, etc. (and of course inspectors) and it was all handled efficiently and on schedule. There was consistent communication and progress updates throughout the project and timely responses to any text or email we sent. Calypso Pools was a great company to build our pool with and we highly recommend them for your pool project.

Finding a pool company that will get the job done right and on time is challenging. After researching and getting extremely high recommendations we decided to move forward with Calypso Pools. The Google Reviews and personal recommendations we received gave us a good level of confidence that we would have a pool made with the best quality possible and on time.

Our research was right! Calypso did not disappoint in any way. The pool was delivered and ready to swim one week before it was promised. In a total of 5 weeks we had a swimming pool. It could have been done sooner if it wasn’t for bad weather, otherwise we may just have had a pool in 4 weeks. We had a neighbor doing a pool with another company that could not believe how fast our process was.

The Calypso team is very knowledgeable and always available to help with any questions or concerns we may have. I enjoyed the fact that they handled everything from permits to water processing. The only piece that i was responsible for was the pool barrier (kids safety net). Who Calypso recommended and organized the setup also. The owner is constantly visiting the site to ensure the project is moving a long and provided us great ideas. Their team is always a phone call away for any questions.

They have an amazing selection of tile colors the will exceed your expectations. Their pool site was cleaned completely and left spotless.

They are familiar dealing with strict HOAs.

I can not be any happier with the final product!!! It looks amazing and we have our own little resort right in the back of our house. Thank you so much Calypso.

Using Calypso Pools to build our pool ensured we wouldn’t end up having our dream turn into a nightmare. Our team (Sasha and Sam) under promised and over delivered. Having a backyard pool built takes research on the homeowner’s part and I encourage you to do your research. Have an idea of what you want as far a design, features, color scheme, decking and materials this way they can help you with establishing a build plan with limited to no surprises but I promise even if you go only knowing “I just want a pool” Calypso will take great care of you. My pool was done in 6 weeks!!! From dig to fill- 6 WEEKS!!
