Taylor is very responsive and gets the job done. I recently moved into a new house that had a pool and in the beginning I wasn’t able to maintain it. Taylor pulled through and brought the pool back to life. Now it’s back to being crystal clear. I also appreciate the emails he sends updating me on my pool status.
What an amazing company. Taylor and team not only have great reliable friendly service, they are the masters in pool management.

Switched over to Calta's Clear Pools after my previous pool service company kept dropping the ball. My pool has not been this well maintained and clean in years. They provide full service and they email you a summary of what was done and photo once they're finished. I am very happy with the service. Highly recommend!

I initially chose Calta’s Clear Pools due to their excellent service, but unfortunately, my experience with them deteriorated over time. Appointments began to be missed consistently, and despite reaching out to the owner about recurring issues—such as my pool turning green—my concerns were largely ignored or acknowledged only sporadically. This lack of responsiveness and attention to detail led to several occasions, including major holidays, where my pool was unusable due to its poor condition. Ultimately, I had no choice but to switch to another service provider. While my experience started positively, I can no longer recommend this company based on their recent performance.
Taylor and team are excellent at keeping the water and structure well maintained. He is very thorough and takes feedback well when you have a concern and he is quick to address it. He is very polite, communicative and takes pride in his work. He takes his time during cleanings and always does a detailed brushing. Every visit ends with a digital emailed report on the chemistry and what he did, along with photos and any recommendations/requests. Give Calta’s Clear Pools a try and you’ll quickly see how much value they provide to you!
Extremely Disappointed with Calta Pools – Unprofessional Service & Lack of Accountability
I’m beyond frustrated with Calta Pools. For two years, we worked with Taylor, who was always some what ok to communicate with via text or phone, despite them frequently missing scheduled visits. Every time, we were promised extra cleanings or "more loving care" from Jason, who was always friendly and reliable—he was the main reason we stayed with the company.
Then, over the Fourth of July weekend, we got a text from Taylor saying Jason had left the company and they were dropping us as clients. Taylor promised a refund for the two weeks we had already paid for, assuring us we would receive the money. We’re still waiting. Instead of taking any responsibility, Calta Pools only provided us with recommendations for other pool companies—none of which have reached out to us.
I’ve been patient, but it’s been weeks, and we still haven’t received our refund. It’s incredibly unprofessional, and frankly, it’s been a huge disappointment. I would not recommend this company to anyone.
