Calico

I will never use Calico again . I ordered a window treatment and gave measurements and the employee had told my husband and myself that it was ordered no need for someone to come out to measure for us . I kept getting text messages to set up a measurement appt. I text them back stating we didn’t need one the window treatment was ordered. Weeks later I get another text about it ?? When I call Calico they informed me it was not ordered yet ?? When I asked why it was never ordered I basically got a lie . No one took responsibility. No compensation for there mistake either !

Friendly and knowledgeable staff that are happy to help you and also give you the space to freely browse. Wonderful selection of fabrics, as well as drapery and upholstery services. You can't find better service than this Tampa team! I highly recommend!

Great service and selection of professional grade upholstery. This is not a seconds or old styles supplier. No bolts to cut from. You work with a consultant to choose your fabric and order what I s needed. They can recommend a tradesman for the work if you don't have someone.

It seems if you are not a South Tampa socialite you are not welcome in this store. We made the mistake of mentioning we were from St Petersburg, and the look we were given was not unlike the treatment of Julia Robert's character in the movie Pretty Woman.
You know the scene...the one where when she went shopping on Rodeo Drive and was denied service because she wasn't of the right caliber. I can find what I need online, I'm sure.

I had to let all know how helpful Kathy was when I was looking for a specific color of fabric for dining room chairs....she seem busy with what she was doing; but stopped to help me...Thumbs up!
