WORST EXPIERENCE EVER. The company knows nothing about customer service. Management handled things terribly. Worst of all Spectrum will loose my business over it. Everything can be fixed if you know who to talk to people. They do not and need a course on how to treat people especially when dealing with people's homes.
Best installation. Pleasure to deal with. Professional estimate, meeting deadlines and budget. Work done right and timely. Very responsive to clients questions and concerns.
