I am not an easy customer to please but John Hite's knowledge and patience was able to make me a happy customer! John customized our kitchen, made suggestions that he thought would be best and was patient while I made changes that best worked for our kitchen design. Jeff who also works at the Port Charlotte store also helped us during the process, it is evident he is knowledgeable and experienced with their products.
The cabinets are solid wood and well made, I was impressed with the quality. If you are not handy, I suggest you hire Cabinets To Go for the installation.
Thank you John Hite for your patience and humor during this process, it made it more manageable!

The product looks nice, service was Great... BUT!!!!! they do NOT take away the cabinets that they Remove!!
Even Lowe's takes them away... They lost a BIG job today... Please change your Rules for Removal of old cabinets.. even if you have a fee...

I encountered major quality problems with the cabinets: several units arrived broken, and the paint finish varied greatly between items. Unfortunately, the response from the sales manager, John, was unsatisfactory—delayed acknowledgement, no clear remediation plan, and no proactive follow-up to restore confidence. This experience fell far short of our vendor expectations and needs.

We are very happy with Cabinet's To Go, Jeff and Kenedy. They were very helpful and professional. The cost of a new kitchen was doable for our budget, at CTG. We priced at the big box stores, and they couldn't compare to CTG. Thank you, Jeff and Kenedy, Paradise Construction, Mercatto Stone and everyone else that helped out with our Kitchen Project. We highly recommend Cabinet's To Go.
