C M Custom Pool Designs

We used CM Pools for our new pool, deck and enclosure. We are very, very pleased with the results. Cliff was awesome to work with during the design phase and Rex was super pleasant and responsive throughout the construction phase. All the subcontractors were very professional and courteous and the project adhered very closely to the schedule they intially gave us. Rex also did a final walk thru and made sure to quickly remedy any issues along the way. I especially appreciated his quick response to my texts or phone calls.

They did an amazing job from starting the design and helping us with the different features available right down to keeping us informed on the progress. Was there when they said and very easy to talk with. We even have them doing our weekly pool maintenance. So please

I had my pool installed in Nov 2019. The building process was great but we started having issues with the travertine sinking on only the deep end of the pool. I called multiple times to try to get them out to look at it. They sent someone to "fix it" when I was not home. They got most of the spots but then It sunk in the same areas again. I sent texts, emails and called for eight months before they finally sent someone out again (I wasn't home that time either). They cracked several of the travertine tiles and didn't even fix all of the areas. Now today I am having issues with it sinking again in the same spots and some of the tiles that are bull edge around the pool are loose and rock. I sent an email and a Facebook message and no response..... I called today and was told no one was available to talk to me about this issue. I was also told I was out of my warranty even though it's the SAME warranty issue from a month after pool install. I have also referred them out a few times because the building process was smooth. However, if it is this hard to get them to respond to an issue I will not be referring them going forward. I am super disappointed that they totally ignore you after the fact.

We had CM Custom pool do our pool and it turned out Fantastic. We used Clif to help with design and the office staff Jane and Belinda are awesome. All the people working for CM the guys who dug the pool to the tile sun and paver guys were great!!! Vince that does the pool school and final stuff on pool is knowledgeable and very good. I would recommend them to do your pool any day. They started digging 1/14 and had water in it 3/22. We love our pool and best decision for us was to use CM pools.

Every person who worked on the physical construction of our pool was hardworking, skilled, respectful, friendly and accommodating. Belinda in the office is always so welcoming and cheerful, and Jane is very kind and patient. Jason, although not our designer, went above and beyond to help us with decisions and changes and recommendations. Finally, we can’t give enough praise and kudos to our wonderful Project Manager, Jim. In a project of this scope there are bound to be issues and obstacles but Jim promised us he would make us happy, and he kept his word. He is an amazing communicator and we could feel that he really cared about us. We are delighted with the outcome of our pool project and look forward to many, many years of enjoyment. Thank you, all.
