Brian's Septic Service

Brian's Septic Service is the only company that I will do septic business with. Brian has the most respectful and knowledgeable employees and that makes doing business with them a pleasure. Starting with Jessica at the office who took my call to Hunter and Landon who performed my service; they delivered top notch customer service. Hunter and Landon, answered all of my questions and did not appear to be annoyed with me standing there while they did their job. They informed me that I had a second tank for my washer, I had no idea. They pumped the second tank for me at a discount price. It feels good to know that there are still good, respectful, honest, and hardworking people in today's society. Brian's Septic Service reflects those qualities. I highly recommend Brian's Septic Service, and if you have the pleasure of working with Hunter and Landon, that's a bonus. They are very pleasant young men and represent the company well.

No one truly wants to replace their septic. But Brain’s made it so much easier. Between soil tests, permits, working with me on timing, and my endless questions, they were amazing. Joey helped see the project through and was just great to work with. (Amazing communication with him) The crew was very respectful. Everyone made sure I was heard and even helped figure out one or two other things we had been searching for about information on the property. Even though our whole front yard had to be dug through, when they filled it in they did a great job and even came back after the first rain to follow up. Very happy with the overall experience. If I could give more stars, I would. I cannot express enough how stressful today was before the crew at Brian's alleviated it. We had a (not so) sudden blockage that, on surface level, looked a lot worse than it ended up being. We called and spoke with Jessica, who was an absolute sweetheart. She took our concerns seriously, was not judgmental, and was able to get a crew out in just a few hours. She assured us that we would be taken care of so we weren't carrying this worry and stress over the weekend. And she followed through on that assurance.

Hunter and Landon came out to take care of our problem. They were both extremely professional but also personable. Hunter was also extremely knowledgeable, and has an amazing memory, as he recalled doing the drainage and inspection in preparation for us moving in to our house. He was able to answer all of my questions, give us great recommendations without trying to "upsell", and he and Landon worked quickly and efficiently to get us taken care of.

I highly recommend this service. This was the third time I have used Brian's Septic Service, once for drain field replacement and twice for tank pump out. My latest service was for tank pump out. Once again, I was very pleased with their service. I was able to get an appointment for service quickly. They arrived on the day and within the window they quoted. Hunter and Landon did a great job. They were very personable and pleasant to work with. Hunter was able to discover and solve a problem that would have caused me a problem in the future.

These guys know their shit! Everyone i dealt with from the office to the guys on the ground were professional, timely, and personable. No hesitation to answer questions about the new system. They even leveled out the yard perfectly after they were done, no landscaping needed , just sod.
The electrician wiring the new pump and control box was awesome. He found a pre-existing sub panel that was unused, which saved breaker panel space, and didn’t complain a bit for having to go through my 12” crawl space.
Brian’s takes pride in their work, which is hard to come by these days. 1000% recommend them.
