I lost my well on Monday. 100% no water. I called and they had a crew at my house same day to evaluate. Every person I spoke with on phone and in person were very cordial and very concerned for us. Permit pulled next day on Tuesday. Well in and had running water the following day Wednesday.
You can't beat that. Competition said they were 4 weeks out. Price was very fair. How is the water quality? It's well water. They don't sell the water, they sell excellent service. Nothing at all wrong with the water. Highly recommend Brent's Pump Works.

Do not use this company!!! Brent Pump Works drilled a well in my property in 2024. This well is for drinking water not sprinklers. They only went down 40 feet and said they had good water. Talking to multiple well drillers that are familiar with Jupiter Farms, the average depth in the farms is 90-120ft. 2 years later my sediment filter was filled with sand and the outcome, untreatable water. I attempted to call Brent Pump Works and the only one the would talk to me is the office assistant. The owner nor the driller would call me to discuss options. The office assistant also explained that the driller told her that when drilling my well, they got to 40 feet and loss formation and circulation. This was never an explained to me, they just left and told me all was good.
I was told the well drillers that is contracted by Brent Pump Works has 40 years experience. I believe the rig he showed up was bought when he started 40years ago. I guess I have learned just because someone has 40 years experience doesn't mean they know what they are doing. I am out a few thousand dollars and have to spend a few thousand to have another well drilled. Do not take a chance with this company, do your research and don't go by, he's a nice Christian Man, go by the company that has the knowledge of the area and stands behind their work

Brent Pump Works helped my family get our water back on in Jupiter Farms. Terry, Amanda, and Lucas went out of there way to trouble shoot the issue. The issue was that my existing well was no longer producing enough water (surging and falling back).

Amanda and Terry took care of the permits and had a drill crew out very fast to put in a new well.

Larry and TJ did a great job getting the new well connected to my existing water system.

If you are in Jupiter Farms I recommend Brent Pump Works if you have any well or pump issues.

Our well stopped providing water. Brent Pump Works installed a pump that gave us water the next day. They drilled our new well by end of week. We can't express how grateful we are for their expert service. Thank you Amanda, Larry, Jarrett and Steve. We appreciate you all so much.

If you need a well drilled, Brent is your guy. The wells he drills have the highest specific capacities in south Florida, and by the time he finishes development, they don’t produce a grain of sand. If you’re still using other well drillers, you’re throwing money away.
