Trent Petrik did a great job explaining the different roof options and pricing. Easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He was also the only one who was honest about the condition our roof was in and didn’t try to up sell us on items and procedures we didn’t need. We had two other roofing contractors give us estimates and we decided to go with Trent and Brehm Roofing out of Gainesville. Clean up was excellent only found 6 nails and 4 of them were in potted plants that would have been hard to see. The job was finished in 2 days Lindsey was very accommodating throughout the whole process. You won’t go wrong with selecting Brehm as your roofing contractor!

Brehm Roofing team has done an excellent job with our roof replacement project. As the owner, Zach had been great on keeping the project flowing and maintaining constant communication with the customer. The project was done in a reasonable timeframe, despite the complications of our solar panels; I particularly appreciated Zach’s communications - honest, clear, and effective. We had serious hail damage from a storm in April 2025. We contacted Brehm Roofing after working with our insurance company. David Zadezensky was our dedicated Brehm representative on sales, contracts and the person who worked with our insurance company. David was at our house many times and he was readily available via phone, chat and email. There were absolutely no surprises, in any way, from cost to workmanship (which was excellent). Of particular note, David has worked for many years in the local area and he personally knew and had worked with our insurance company's inspector, so having that connection made things go smoothly with the insurance company's acceptance of the costs of the job. Brehm stayed exactly on schedule and they did a great job, honestly just no thoughts on "they could have done x, y or z better". Brehm also helped us with inspections immediately after completing the roof, and we now enjoy a 25% decrease to our annual insurance premium. Zach Brehm was on-site the day the roof was put on and he answered our many questions, as well as personally directing much of the work efforts that day. Our experience was awesome and to be honest, we were pretty apprehensive at the start of this whole adventure due to so many negative things that we've read about regarding roofers.
