I couldn’t be happier with the service. Travis showed up on time, was very respectful of the property, and did a thorough cleaning. Checked chemicals, cleaned debris, and made sure everything was running properly. It’s hard to find dependable companies these days, but this team exceeded my expectations. 10/10 would recommend! Best in Brevard County.
Travis has been nothing but helpful, professional, and very decently priced! My pool is constantly in use, always getting grass and whatever else the weather and children drag in, and he has been absolutely amazing. I highly recommend him and this company!
I’m quite surprised they have high ratings. Then again it’s a neighborhood service. We inherited this company’s pool service when we bought our house. Travis is nice as is Kolby but they are not at all concerned about doing a good job every week. I expected better and when I complained, several times, I received excuses. Rarely do I find a service company that doesn’t care about their customers. Frankly I’m disappointed that my very simple expectations were disregarded. Every week the scum line is to be scrubbed however the results are hit or miss. Ten minutes after Kolby left you could see where he missed, again. So I reached out to Travis and his response was it’s pollen season so you’ll see a line even right after we finish. That is a load of crap and as I sit here in my lanai today I see where Kolby scrubbed and where he didn’t. Those magical pollen lines haven’t returned where he actually did his job. If you’re going to offer a service then do it right every time. What happened to pleasing the customer? I’m paying for something and I’m not getting what I’m paying for. Is that really too much to ask?
