Blue Water Pool Supplies & Service

After discussing my pool service needs with Dan at the Blue Water office, I decided to sign up for their monthly service. Dan distinguished himself by demonstrating exceptional technical expertise, particularly regarding the chemistry issues with my pool. These issues had previously stumped two other pool service companies, but Dan was able to address and resolve them effectively.
Dan's knowledge and skills stood out from the competition. While his primary role is within the office, I was impressed by his willingness and ability to perform hands-on service at my home. His approach to tackling complex pool chemistry problems was thorough and efficient, ultimately succeeding where others had failed.
In addition to his technical abilities, Dan possesses excellent interpersonal skills and a strong work ethic. His dedication to quality service reinforced my decision to try Blue Water. Having worked with several pool companies in the past, I can confidently say that none compare to the level of service provided by Dan and Blue Water. The fact that two other companies were unable to solve my pool chemistry issues, while Dan succeeded, further validates my choice.

Terrible service. They don't vacuum or add chemicals, and neglect pools entirely. We fired them from my mother's property after watching for months of service without vacuuming, brushing, and 5 min chlorine adding was all that took place, despite several calls to address. They have been providing awful service to my aunt's property for years, leaving it cloudy, months of broken filter without letting us know, and its been green for a week and unable to even see through the water, despite calls to come out and address. I'd give them zero stars if it was an option. Recommend everyone review the other 1 and 2 star experiences and avoid this company!

So, So, So many reasons to avoid this company.
I am fortunate to have pool and construction experience and I know people all of which helped me.
Heres my experience...
After pool install the pool sat for months creating a frog pond. After weeks maybe even a couple months frog pond was emptied
The fiberglass pool sat empty, on the bottom inches of sand for about a month before it was filled back up with water but not cleaned.
Heavy equipment over my septic drainage field after countless convesations about where the access to the pool area had to be because of my brand new septic system.
Pavers looked great after doing a deeper inspection the work was sloppy ...Paver base clogged skimmer pipe and was spilled on and hardened on surface of pool steps, and bottom of the pool. The vaccum pipe was cracked causing leak in the pool, the pool was not finished or prepared but an inspection was scheduled which obveously failed. I was Billed for items that I had completed and for things that were never done. There was not communication unless they wanted money. If you don't heed this warning If you do hire this company do yourself a huge favor have a lawyer on stand by find someone that has pool Knowledge that can walk you through the process, document every single thing have your property cameras up and running.
After everything thanks to my knowledge, experience and others... My San Juan fiberglass pool is awesome! Thank you San Juan! They are an awesome company!

They were a no show twice in the first month on our new pool. I tested the water after the last time they serviced the pool at another pool company, I had to add 2 gallons of acid. They didn't even test the water!

My motor at a home in Daytona beach was installed by this company. They installed a 3/4 hp pump for a 20,000 gallon pool in 2022. I t shut off and turned on consistently overheating. I had 2 pool equipment professionals and had a 1 hp motor and installed and running smoothly. They argued with me about what was originally in there we matched. I take care of 3 pools now 2 that property I own I feel they should at least given me a prorated refund as I have done business with them for years. No longer
