Brandon from Blue Septic came out to my house in Ellenton last week and did a fantastic job! He was professional, on time, and immediately put me at ease with his friendly demeanor and clear explanations. He quickly diagnosed the septic problem, walked me through what was going on in simple terms, and handled the repair efficiently and thoroughly. The work was clean—no mess left behind—and he was super respectful of my property the whole time. Brandon patiently answered all my questions and even shared some practical maintenance tips to help avoid issues down the road. I am a general contractor with Lormilus Construction LLC, and it was a pleasure doing business with Aimee. She was knowledgeable and efficient throughout the process. Aimee provided the septic abandonment needed for me to proceed with the demolition and new construction of the home I am building.

I call them to have my tank cleaned and the came and they only said I needed my screen clean that I had a couple more years to go . They could have easily charged me for cleaning the tank but the didn't I appreciate the honesty.

Driver came out to pump our septic tank that I already had partially dug up. He looked around and dug for about 15 minutes and said that there was no lid to the septic tank and that I would have to call someone else out to cut an access point. I did not believe him so when I got home, I started digging and found it within 15 minutes. Called another company to clean out.

Blue Septic service was beyond what was expected. Initially we called for an appointment on Monday and it was scheduled for that Friday. After explaining the problem Dawn explained their emergency services. The appointment was moved up to Wednesday and then we got a call that they could come out the very same day. The young man who provided the service was courteous and professional. He explained the process and completed it promptly. They also explained they would keep track and let us know when it was time for a follow up to return and provide service. Also once the service was complete we were told the price was half of what was initially quoted. I would recommend Blue Septic for your next septic services.
