They need to do better for what we pay and the 2 hour waiting times for truck wash my girl should shine not be still dirty this has happed the last 3 times I got my truck asked at the blue beacons across the states. Need to do way better

For almost two years, I've washed my truck at this Blue Beacon and always received good, fast, and high-quality service.
However, yesterday at 5:15 pm, I had a completely different experience.
The truck was left dirty; they only gave it a superficial wash, clearly lacking care. I paid for a full wash, and the result was nowhere near the standard they've always maintained. Even visible parts of the truck were left stained and uncleaned.
This isn't fair to those of us who are frequent customers and trust their service. I hope management provides better training for the shift that worked that hour or investigates what happened, because they always did excellent work before.
I hope they return to their previous quality.
I washed my cargo van and I’m very satisfied with the service. The team did an excellent job — fast, thorough, and very professional. They paid attention to all my requests and made sure everything was done properly.
I especially appreciate the employee who was coordinating the process (possibly a supervisor, unfortunately I didn’t catch his name). He was attentive, organized, and made sure all my expectations were met.
Great service overall — I’ll definitely be coming back!
They wash my truck to fast 10 minute but not clean i pay $72
Ram 3500 with 48 ft trailer. Brush and rain-x both. They missed so much, they had to come out and wipe the trailer down to get the dirt off, tailgate of truck wasn't done either. They ruined our door signs by using the pressure washer that I specifically asked them not to use on them. Just stopped 15 minutes away and just noticed they didn't brush the top stainless piece off and check out the mirror. What a waste of money.
