Birch Lane

We purchased a rug and a dining room table from Birch Lane. Both are of exceptional quality and exactly what we were hoping for. Julie was extremely helpful in both providing potential options based on what we were looking for and in facilitating the purchase process. Her suggestions were exactly on point. She explained that the table would be arriving in two different shipments, which might have been a bit of a shock otherwise. I would definitely go back to Birch Lane. And I would most certainly ask for Julie. Thanks.

Chana at the Birch Lane store in International Plaza, Tampa was very helpful when I arrived there to look for furniture. She gave me some great ideas and was very responsive and patient with email follow up when I had additional questions. I did end up making a purchase and am looking forward to having high quality and environmentally healthy furniture delivered soon.

A fun interior design and furnishing store inside of the plaza mall. They have a higher end feel and separated areas that have a specific room design in mind when you look around. The prices are a bit high but considering the offerings and area it's located, this fits. Downer was only the staff as there were only a couple of customers in the store but I didn't see anyone get greeted or acknowledged at all by staff (there were three associates behind the register).

Walking through here was fun and I enjoyed seeing items and what designs they came up with for overall decor. I like popping into these types of stores to see if anything strikes me as a staple 'must-have' piece or for seasonal decor that I can add to my collection.

This sale was an absolute nightmare. Pricing and shipping costs kept changing when they were keying it. The printer was broken and I didn't get a receipt and one never showed up via email. The original shipping date was pushed out beyond when I was going to be at my vacation home so they sourced "the same rug" from their "sister company" Joss and Main. I looked at it online and it looked different however the salesperson assured me they had spoken to someone at Joss and Main, confirmed serial numbers and it would be an exact match. The rug arrived and guess what - it was the wrong rug. When I called to make a return, they wanted to charge me an $80 return fee! These Wayfair companies are just a front. They source from all sorts of different companies which is why when you get a shipping notice from the carrier the name of the company is not Wayfair, BirchLn, etc. Stay away from this place. They haven't a clue what they're doing.

Christy was incredibly helpful, and her advice truly guided my style decisions. She was thoughtful, knowledgeable, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable!
