This company helped me immediately when I needed blood cleanup in a rental property. They knew exactly what needed to be done and came out the same day to do the job. Their price was very affordable compared to other competitors.

Having a death in the family is already a heartbreaking experience. The treatment received by Michael Nestved of Biohazard Response was insult to injury. He is not honorable to his word and does not do a satisfactory job. Communication is practically non existent from him, making reaching him to come back to fix his issues almost impossible. Please don't choose Biohazard Response and go through what my family has gone through with this man. It has caused a lot of stress for us and no grieving family should have to be treated this way and go through so much, especially while they are already grieving. I hope some day he can become a better human being.

The absolute worst experience and or decision I could have made is hiring this Michael to handle the unattended death of a vacation rental houseguest! Their website states they will clean and disinfect all surfaces, remove any and all bodily fluids, and bag and seal all contaminated items and dispose of them properly. Since the guy died in his guest room in bed and wasnt discovered for 2 days it was rather grisly. This Michael charged $1000 and was there an hour. I have a camera on my living room which shows the guest room door to the front door. He wore no protective gear but blue gloves. He cut up the gory mattress and drug it and the gory box spring thru my house UNSEALED! He left bloody soaked pillows and a bloody water bottle the victim had squeezed and crushed during his final moments on the bedside table! There was blood/vomit left on the floor, and nearby table legs! It was appalling! Then he demanded to come back and theatened me with extortion by going to city hall and turning me in because the victom was an Airbnb Rental!!! When be did come the next day he took the blood soaked item our of the trash by the street before I got there THEN began yelling at me that there.was no vomit or blood on the floor and left. Thhey didnt wipe anything down, sweep, or even vaccium! And they left some stinking air freshener by my fan to “deoderize”. Then when I checked my cc to dispute the charges I found our he charged me double!! $1900!! And I have proof of all of this via video, audio, and pictures! This man needs to go to jail, not run any kind of business!!!

Michael is very knowledgeable and thorough. I do not think you will be able to find a better company.
