Billy the Sunshine Plumber is an excellent plumbing company. They replaced our main water supply line between the water meter and our home. The work was completed quickly and competently. The price was reasonable and their representatives were courteous, patient and competent. This was a big job conducted within 24 hours. We highly recommend Billy the Sunshine Plumber.
We had a hot water tank heating issue and had been without consistent hot water for 10 days. After replacing 2 heating elements, thermostat, and eventually purchasing a new hot water tank, we still had inconsistent hot water. It took Scott no time at all to figure out the problem was a hot water leak. Scott had it repaired in just over an hour and we are so grateful for his expertise, quick diagnosis, repair, and most all, having consistent HOT WATER! YAY! bad the plummer who came to repair the running toilet, replaced the fill valve and made me buy a new kitchen saying my old one was no good. The toilet was still leaking and he wanted me to buy a new toilet , luckily I got some one else and they told me when the fill valve is replaced the gasket also needs to replaced. He charged for two visits plus wanted me to spend money items that did not need to be replaced.
Billy the Sunshine Plumber was the only one who agreed to fix a burst pipe the same day. We called multiple plumbers on Sunday morning, but many didn't bother calling us back or connected us to a foreign speaker representing Angi's List. I guess those "24 hour" plumbers weren't really 24 hour plumbers. Billy's called us back and put us on the list for service. They sent Dan out at 8:00 pm on a Sunday. Other plumbers were willing to come out on Monday or Tuesday, but we had no water on Sunday. We are grateful that Dan could fix our pipe leak and gave my husband some pointers about plumbing for the future.
