This is a great place for all garden needs big & small. Very professional and friendly staff. They were helpful in finding anything I was asking for. I accidentally broke this mosaic ball, instead of making me pay for it they gave it to me for half price. I bought this beautiful statue from my sisters garden, and my plants that I transplanted are growing just beautiful love this place.💕

Stopped here on a trip to look at this place and see if they had any plants I could grab that I may not have at home right now. Very excited to have found 3. Very nice planter selection too. This is a nice group of people here. Check it out.
Despite the blazing, sweltering sun shining down upon the Big Value Garden Center yesterday afternoon it was a delightful experience from the wonderful people that work there to the great selection of trees, shrubs, tropicals, annuals....you name it. Great prices ($30 for a rose grafted to a fortuniana root stock, if you grow roses in FL you know why Im emphasizing that) 5.99 for most of their annuals/perennials in a 6 inch pot. Their tropical houseplants were 15-50% less than I've seen at other plant nurseries. I could go on and on with positive things to say. Go check it out, your garden is waiting! I can't wait to go back!
My first impression of this place was that it was great. But then I asked for advice and for product suggestion. My bonsai garden had a pest infestation. I asked for the most nuclear options systemic Pest Control and the most nuclear option foliar spray. The lady suggested Bonide systemic houseplant insect control and Hi-Yield 55% Malathion. I bought them two weeks ago. Applied them to my bonsai trees while following the instructions on the labels to the t. They are still infested with bugs. When I looked it up, the systemic pest control for potted plants is ineffective for trees. Like my bonsai trees THAT I TOLD THEM THIS WAS FOR. And the foliar spray that they gave me, which I asked specifically for a foliar spray with residual effect, and they told me that this one had it, does not have it. They sold me products that are completely useless, not at all what I asked for, and that cost me an arm and a leg. Because OF COURSE they suggested the most expensive stuff they had. Which shows me two things, they have no idea what they're talking about, and they care more about money than customer satisfaction. Their lack of response to the negative reviews on here are glaring example of how little they care about their customer satisfaction. VERY disappointing. I've reached out to them in multiple ways about this and they've flat out ignored me. Zero response at all. They DO NOT CARE about customers.
