Big Orange Solar

Big Orange Solar has restored my faith in contractors. I’m in Broward County, in the Plantation area, and needed help with a relatively simple solar project.

Every other company I contacted tried to sell me a brand-new system, but when I spoke with Big Orange Solar it felt like we were actually working together to solve a problem instead of being pushed into something I didn’t need.

They installed a solar pool heating system, handled everything professionally, and communicated clearly throughout the process. It’s obvious they know solar and care about doing things the right way.

They also handle roofing and other solar installations, and if I ever need solar work or a new roof in the future, I’ll be calling them again without hesitation.

I live in Boca Raton . My last solar company I used went out of business and I needed help with my batteries. Matthew at Big Orange Solar came out and fix all of my issues. I used them again to add additional panels to my roof. They are completely trustworthy and very efficient . If anyone looking for solar panels in Palm Beach, Broward county or Dade county I would highly recommend Big Orange Solar.

I’m extremely disappointed with Big Orange Solar. They took my deposit, the project never moved forward, and they refused to provide any documentation or evidence of work supposedly performed. Despite repeated requests, they also refused to return the deposit. The company stated that the project did not move forward because the home had been sold. This statement is incorrect. We continue to own the property, and it has never been sold..

This was a frustrating and unprofessional experience from start to finish. Based on how this was handled, I would not recommend Big Orange Solar and strongly advise others to stay away. Check the Better Business Bureau for their profile and the number of complaints they have.
