I cannot say enough good things about this company. We had a well pump failure on a Saturday, and they responded quickly during what was clearly an emergency situation. From the first call to the completion of the job, their professionalism, knowledge, and customer service were outstanding.

The technician Ken arrived promptly, clearly explained the issue, and walked us through the entire pump replacement process so we understood exactly what needed to be done. The work was completed efficiently and correctly, and they made sure everything was running perfectly before leaving.

Emergency weekend service is never ideal, but they were fair, honest, and transparent with pricing, which I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find a company that is both highly skilled and genuinely cares about their customers.

If you are on a well system and need reliable service — especially in an emergency — I highly recommend them. We are extremely grateful for their fast response and excellent work.

We purchased a whole-house water system from Better Water System based on their advertising claims, written warranties, and assurances that the system would remove iron contamination and protect our home and family. Unfortunately, our experience has been extremely disappointing.

Despite installation and multiple service attempts, the system has not performed as promised. Iron contamination persists, resulting in visible staining and damage to our recently renovated home, including bathroom tiles, sinks, toilets, and fixtures. The very issues the system was sold to resolve continue to exist.

What has been most frustrating is the lack of good-faith customer service after installation. Although the company advertises a “90-Day Love It or Your Money Back Guarantee” and a Lifetime Replacement Warranty, those assurances have not been honored in practice. Repeated attempts to obtain effective corrective action have been delayed or avoided, and the problem remains unresolved.

Communication has also been concerning. When we continued to request warranty service and escalation after repeated failures, our communications were mischaracterized as inappropriate rather than addressed on their merits. We have never threatened anyone—we have simply asked that the company honor its written guarantees and resolve a defective system that continues to cause damage.

We chose this system to ensure safe, clean water for our household, including our two small children. Instead, we are left with ongoing contamination and unresolved issues while the company continues to advertise the same promises to new customers.

Based on our experience, I strongly recommend that potential customers do thorough research, ask detailed questions about warranty enforcement, and get all commitments in writing before moving forward.

I purchased what was represented to me as a hybrid whole-house water filtration and softening system from Better Water LLC in September of last year. I was told that the system would both soften the water and filter out contaminants such as chlorine. I was also promised that if I was unhappy, I would receive a refund.

After installation, I tested my water and found that chlorine levels were still very high. The unit installed appeared to function only as a water softener and did not filter chlorine as represented. I contacted the owner, Frank, who said he would send a specialist to test the water and replace the tank if necessary.

After about six weeks, an installer finally came out and confirmed that the chlorine levels were indeed too high and not being filtered properly. He relayed this information to Frank. I then experienced significant delays in communication and follow-up. After eventually reaching Frank again, he said I would be placed on a list to have another installer replace the tank. Months passed with no resolution despite my repeated calls and patience.

Ultimately, I was told there was “no path forward” to resolve the issue and was advised to seek a refund through my credit card company. By that point, the dispute window had already passed. The refund that was promised was never provided.

As of now, I am left with a system that does not perform as represented and no resolution from the company. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend Better Water LLC.

From the person who answered the phone when I called to the first technician, Gladys that showed up professionalism was on point she answered all my questions and concerns, explained,every single detail the job entailed and pricing .When the other technician showed up Ken to replace my pump Again professionalism knowledge of what they were doing. I would recommend any plumbing needs. Very nice people very friendly a blessing to this community.
