All staff treated us with respect and professionalism. At the beginning of the process Jorge did the water test and explained very clear what system was necessary and the price for it. He was very knowledgeable and attentive to all my questions about the next steps to follow. During the installation, Russell did an excellent job and explained all the parts of the system and how to use it. Also, he answered all my questions during the installation. I love the system; quality of the water is excellent!

I have been a customer of Best Water Solutions for over 20 years. Throughout this time of yearly maintenance service, I have had no complaints. And, I just had my original RO system replaced today, a testament to the longevity of the product.
The technicians are knowledgeable and friendly and on time. Joe did my replacement, and was awesome. And… the water is great :)
