Went inn for some tools and screws Nathan help me find exactly what I needed. Very reasonable prices in tools and hardware parts.

Best price around for flea control. The employees are so knowledgeable and friendly. I'll drive longer to go there for the prices and superior customer service. As soon as you walk in the door you feel welcomed and important like you're there only customer in the store. They'll go out of their way to make you happy. Highly recommended.

We visit 'Bell & Bates Home Center' frequently. Such a pleasurable experience every time. Pricing is comparable to big box hardware stores. Their staff and customer service is excellent. It's a pleasure doing business with them. Staff is always willing to assist with helping me find what I need. It's more than just a paint store. They have my needs covered, from rental equipment, chlorine and pool supplies, garden supplies, hardware supplies, plumbing supplies, electrical, lawn mowers, Stihl power tools, hand tools, quality paint, supplies and more. Why go anywhere else?

This is an updated review from the visit one year ago. I'm always honest and fair with reviews, and an edit needs to be made here. We all have bad days... and who knows... maybe they did as well. This visit... when I went to look at Case knives, not only was I asked if I could be helped, but they opened the locked case and I was able to look at everything and take my time. That is good service. Why? I bought 3 different knives on 3 different visits all in less than a week. Case knives aren't cheap. $40.00 on up. Most average about $60.00. There's a super nice Hispanic girl at the front counter that likes Case knives and we talk about all the different models, what she wants next, etc. Same with the nice black gentleman that used to be a Marine (God Bless, Sir and can't thank you enough for your service). They run good sales and I really like supporting small local businesses. Especially ones with history that goes waaaaay back. Highly recommend!

Great customer service!! I visited this hardware store minutes ago and the sales representative was very helpful regarding my plumbing needs. I had no clue what I was looking for, but he provided several parts to replace the broken piece to my bathroom sink. After this visit, I will be sure to return.
