We purchased a bedroom set in May 2023, and Chris truly listened to what we wanted and made it happen. At the same time, we bought a king-size mattress from Biscayne Bedding, known for supplying Disney, which gave us confidence—along with the 10-year non-prorated warranty.
About 2½ years later, the mattress began sagging. Chris immediately reassured us and asked Jennifer to help start the warranty claim. Jennifer provided clear instructions, and within a week and a half, our replacement mattress arrived. Marvin, the delivery driver, was prompt, set everything up, and removed the old mattress.
While defects can happen, the team at Beds Best Bargain stood by their warranty and resolved the issue quickly and professionally. We’re very pleased with the service and would gladly recommend them to a friend.

I ordered the Diamond EuroTop mattress because it’s the same one used on Disney Cruise Line. I cruised with Disney about eight years ago and still remember that being the best sleep of my life! I came in undecided on what I wanted. Chris took his time and helped me. He gave me plenty of options. The price was very affordable and straightforward. Everything was a great quality. I’m not talking about Badcock quality. I’m talking about showroom quality I loaded up my truck, Chris literally stopped what he doing to help me and to make sure everything was secured. I had an issue with something I bought. Chris answered the phone for me five times and I really wanted to get to the bottom of it. I don’t think that he was doing all that just for sale that’s genuinely who he is. I live 26 miles from this furniture place. I am now a forever customer. I would recommend if he’s not one of those salesman that’s going to sell you anything to get it off the floor he wants to make sure you are comfortable with what your decision.
